If you order the meals and training as part of your hCG program upfront, then that cost will also be spread out over several months. In addition, if you have a Flex Spending Account (FSA) or Healthy Savings Account (HSA), the hCG protocol is an approved expenditure. Our team is here for you We ask that you track your weight daily using our online tool, so that we can chart your progress and to provide us with the opportunity to help you meet your goals. Our one-on-one, group and Facebook communities are there when you need them – either to ask questions or receive a word of encouragement when you need it.

We are excited to announce that we have launched a new hCG Meals service at hcgfoodtogo.com. hCG Food To Go offers delicious meal options that use fresh, healthy and very-low-calorie approved foods and ingredients. This takes meal planning and preparation off your plate, making it easier to stay on track with the diet. When you’re on hCG, the diet is very specific, and you want to be as ready as possible in advance of beginning the diet. The problem for many of our clients is they’re busy, they work, they have families who eat a lot all of the time. How do you prepare the right meals so they’re ready for you when you’re hungry? How do you remove any guesswork from following the diet to the T and getting the best results possible? Our freshly prepared, organic and hormone-free meals are a great solution, and they taste great. We have many clients who continue to purchase them after they’ve completed the program because they’re fast and yummy – they fly out of our office, so it’s good to order in advance so your favorites are in stock. We freshly prepare the meals, and then we vacuum seal and freeze them. Our director of client experience personally creates the recipes and oversee their preparation (official taste-tester).
