  • George Stein

    George Stein has been helping his brothers and sisters in the motorcycle community for more than 20 years. His mission is to help protect downed bikers who have suffered injuries while riding their bikes. A motorcycle rider himself for 25 years, George takes it personally when someone causes a rider to lay their bike down!   • Brian Caron

    Brian Caron is an Atlanta native, growing up in Cobb County. He graduated from Indiana University in 2000, and is a 2003 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Caron spent time clerking with the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia where he represented the United States in matters ranging from jury trials to habeas corpus appeals. Following graduation, Mr. Caron served as the law clerk for Judge Sidney Nation and Judge David Irwin of the Rockdale Judicial Circuit before spending over three years as a prosecutor in Fulton County, where he was lead counsel on dozens of jury trials and hearings. During this time, Mr. Caron became an accomplished trial lawyer. Following his work as a prosecutor, Mr. Caron went to work for a civil litigation firm which represented insurance companies in automobile, trucking and premise liability lawsuits as well as nursing home abuse. During his time working as a defense lawyer, Mr. Caron gained valuable experience and insight into how insurance companies establish valuation of a case, as well as prepare cases in anticipation of litigation. Currently, Mr. Caron is an Associate with the law firm of Stein-Caron Law Group where he practices in their civil litigation practice, which specializes in motorcycle-related personal injury. Mr. Caron has been recognized by his colleagues for his proficiencies in trial work and appellate work. Mr. Caron has been instrumental in recovering millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for the firm’s clients in the past few years. Mr. Caron is a member of numerous trial lawyer associations, including the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association where he was asked to speak in their 2010 annual conference and present to hundreds of attending lawyers on trial skills and trial advocacy. Mr. Caron is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. Mr. Caron currently lives in the Metro Atlanta area with his wife and children. He is active in his local community and also coaches baseball at Northside Youth Organization.

  • Bill D'Elia

    William J. D’Elia is a personal injury attorney with the Stein-Caron Law Group. Mr. D’Elia’s practice centers around the firm’s active litigation caseload, where he is responsible for researching complex legal issues, drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, attending depositions, mediations and preparing cases for trial. Mr. D’Elia is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. While earning his Juris Doctorate degree, Mr. D’Elia was an active member of Emory’s Mock Trial Society and competed in several Mock Trial competitions across the United States. As a result of his contributions, he was honored with the Emory Mock Trial Society “Achievement in Trial Advocacy” Award. Mr. D’Elia also participated in Emory’s nationally recognized Trial Techniques program. To further improve his advocacy abilities outside of the courtroom, Mr. D’Elia became active in the Emory Law Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Society, which focused on advocacy skills in the fields of negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Mr. D’Elia competed in several ADR competitions throughout the South and also served on the ADR Society’s executive board. Upon graduation from Emory, Mr. D’Elia was inducted into the Order of Emory Advocates, an award granted for students who exhibited excellence and attained high honor through the art of advocacy and persuasion. During law school, Mr. D’Elia interned at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services, where he assisted in the representation of victims of fraud and illegal debt collection practices. Mr. D’Elia previously served as an intern to the Honorable Thomas P. Brown presiding in the Allegany County Supreme Court in New York State. Mr. D’Elia is a member of the American Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, all Georgia State and Superior Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

  • Andrew Mishlove

    Andrew Mishlove is a real rider and a real lawyer. He has been fighting in court for bikers since 1981; and he has a reputation as one of the best trial lawyers in Wisconsin. He has handled thousands of cases and tried several hundred jury trials, including bike accident cases and bike DUIs. He is also certified in DUI defense. Andrew has court experience in most of the counties in Wisconsin, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is even licensed in the United States Supreme Court. A real rider, Andrew Mishlove understands what it means to ride in traffic, where the cars will look right at you , but still not see you. He understands the dynamics of a car that turns left in front of you or pulls out of a driveway into you. He knows about the dirty patch in the center of the lane and gravel in the corners. His knowledge about bikes is extensive. In fact, Andrew Mishlove has torn down and rebuilt several of his own motorcycles. Mishlove has successfully raced motorcycles in a number of disciplines, including road-racing, vintage racing, supermoto and ice-racing. He enjoys riding bikes of all sizes, categories and dimensions, including his KTM 950 Adventure, dirt-road touring bike.

  • Marcos Garza

    Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Lawyer Marcos M. Garza grew up in McMinn County, Athens, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, received a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work, and attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2001. Mr. Garza was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps in 1999. As a First Lieutenant, he was stationed at Marine Corps Base in Quantico, Virginia. Mr. Garza’s military experience included Criminal, Operation Law, Legal Assistance, Contracts, and Administrative Law. Mr. Garza’s duties include that of Trial Counsel of Courts Martials, Aide to a General Officer, and also served as a Martial Arts Instructor of other Marines. Mr. Garza attained the rank of Captain prior to discharge from active duty.
