Rude and Tried to Overcharge

I just ordered a wrap at the GyroWrap in Cumberland Mall. The guy at the register tried to overcharge me ($14.00) for a falafel sandwich. When I disputed the charge, he insisted that I ordered steak, which I didn't -- I'm a vegetarian. When I objected, the manager canceled my order and refused to serve me. I don't know who's really running this place, but the people at the store certainly are not running it properly. Be careful when you order or else you'll probably be overcharged. Unacceptable!
