John T. Cobb, M.D.

Description

John T. Cobb, M.D. is an ophthalmologist who has worked with Thomas Eye Group since 1982. He practices general ophthalmology with a specialty in small incision “no-stitch” cataract surgery and medical treatment of glaucoma. Dr. Cobb earned a bachelor’s degree at Emory University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. A graduate of the medical school at Vanderbilt University, Dr. Cobb served as an ophthalmology resident at Emory University and Grady Memorial Hospital. Dr. Cobb is a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He served for over ten years as the Ophthalmology Section Chief at Northside Hospital.
