StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Vinings offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    I have a bachelors of science in Health Sciences from Furman University, and have since traveled the world working in my field and following my passion of playing rugby. I have worked in New Zealand as a strength and conditioning coach for a rugby training academy, I worked in the boutique fitness industy in Texas, and have solo-operated a gym in Greece. I have played multiple sports my whole life and currently play rugby for a team in Atlanta. I have a passion for fitness and wellness, and hope to bring my experience and knowledge to StretchLab and each and every client. Whether you intend to perform at the highest athletic level or be pain free at work, my goal is to bring a personalized experience to everyone who comes through our door, and offer my skills to the best of my ability to assist you on your own path in fitness and wellness.

    I am a 200 Hr certified yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and teaching for 3. I have a passion for any modality that inspires you to move your body, especially stretching. I believe in preventative care and maintenance of the body and that is why I truly enjoy being a flexologist. Helping people to feel better not only about themselves but in their bodies is a joy and honor of mine.

    Quite the resume I have. I am a Savannah State University graduate with a degree in Business Administration. I’m also a personal trainer, basketball coach, and basketball trainer. Now I have also added the title Flexologist to my palette. I’ve been around fitness for the majority of my life and I’ve always had a deep, genuine interest in the field of fitness, health, and wellness. I started to get into my groove during my later years in college. I began my personal training and basketball training journey then. After college, being in the right place at the right time introduced me to a guy who is now someone I consider a mentor, whose expertise is stretching. Here I am now, in a position where stretching is a focus and another way that I’m able to impact someone’s life positively. I enjoy working here at Stretch Lab because everything and everyone works together. From the environment to the education, to the experiences on the tables, to the value and impact that we create here. It is a pleasure to be a part of the team and to be a reason why someone feels physically and even mentally better after leaving our studio.

    I'm a lifelong fitness enthusiast, ex pro-athlete, martial artist, and current Stuntman/actor with a BA in Communications. Throughout my career I've been fortunate enough to have a pretty successful track record coaching athletics at both; collegiate and K-12 as a Position Coach and PE Teacher at an alternative school in the Chicago area. In addition; for several years I ran speed and strength camps for various sports and athletes at all levels. Overall my approach to fitness and well being is " work smarter not harder and keep moving". Recovery and maintenance are absolutely paramount to overall wellness which in many ways is contingent on flexibility. I look forward to helping others in their pursuit of overall wellness and fitness at Stretch Lab as flexibility is a major component in such a journey.

    I am Darrick Goodman, a certified yoga teacher, and a man with a passion for overcoming physical obstacles as it pertains to the body. My initial passion for fitness sparked with a love of boxing that started at the age of 14, where I competed from amateur to semi-pro level boxing all the way up to my twenties. This level of progression propelled me to seek and receive a certification in personal training. I had knowledge of the body's mechanics but I now wanted more knowledge on how to heal it. I am familiar with the importance of recovery, pre and post-injury. Yoga was a pivotal step in my journey because of the mental and physical connections it brought to my life. I've been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching yoga (with a specialization in Hatha and Kemetic Yoga) for over 4 years throughout Metro Atlanta. I also facilitate workshops for men on the importance of mental and physical wellness. My journey has brought me full circle to knowing the benefits of flexibility and stretching and now having the opportunity to enhance the lives of others. Working as a Flexologist at Stretch Lab has helped me to leverage my existing knowledge of how the body heals with breath and alignment, and incorporate the importance of stretching to the longevity of individuals. Upon entering our doors you have my full support and I will be excited to help you reach your goals. As you exit, know that my support continues in helping you maintain them.

    Hey, my name is Zaire and I am a certified American College of Sports Medicine exercise physiologist who holds a B.S. in Exercise Science. I am also en route to becoming an NASM certified personal trainer, nutritionist and performance enhancement specialist. I also coach youth travel basketball and have major roots in sports over the last 20 years. I am extremely passionate about all things health, nutrition, fitness and wellness related and believe these things are the cornerstones of a fulfilling life. At StretchLab, I am provided the opportunity to showcase my passion for wellness through the avenue of assisted stretching and providing palatable information pertaining to biomechanics, anatomy, and other health science related topics that helps clients make connections in their own life.
